JTYNE ships from the United States. Everything below reflects the rates and timings configured on this store.
Pre-order orders
The Core Pant is currently sold as a pre-order from our inaugural production run. Pre-order items are not in stock at the time you order. Estimated shipping for the current run is October 2026. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If the production timeline moves, we will email every pre-order customer directly rather than letting the date pass quietly.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $8.00. Standard shipping is free on orders of $99.00 or more. Express shipping is $21.00. Rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and want to order, email us at info@jtyne.com and we will let you know when international shipping opens.
Processing and delivery
In-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days and express delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Pre-order items ship on the production schedule above, not on this timeline.
Order changes
If you need to change a size or a shipping address, email info@jtyne.com with your name and order number as soon as possible. We can almost always make changes on a pre-order, and we will do everything we can on an order that has already been packed.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or the carrier marks your parcel delivered and it has not arrived, contact us at info@jtyne.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
