When will my pre-order ship?
The Core Pant is sold as a pre-order from our inaugural production run, so it is not in stock at the time you order. Estimated shipping for the current run is October 2026. You will get an email with tracking the moment your order leaves us, and if the production timeline moves we will email every pre-order customer directly rather than let the date slip past quietly.
What size should I order?
The Core Pant comes in XS, S, M and L/XL. It is cut with a relaxed leg and a modern tapered cuff, so it sits roomier through the thigh than a standard jogger. The size guide on the product page lists the recommended waist measurement for each size. If you are between sizes, size down for a more tailored fit or stay true to size for the intended relaxed silhouette.
What is The Core Pant actually made from?
It uses a premium four-way stretch performance fabric that is moisture wicking, so it moves with you and does not hold sweat. The build includes an elastic waistband, deep pockets, a ribbed cuff, a signature leather patch and custom engraved drawcord hardware we had made rather than bought off the shelf.
Is it only for training?
No. That is the whole point of it. The Core Pant was designed so you get unrestricted movement without looking like you are dressed for the gym, which means it works just as well for a long workday, a flight, a coffee run or an evening out as it does for a session.
How much is shipping, and do you ship internationally?
Standard shipping within the United States is $8.00 and is free on orders of $99.00 or more. Express shipping is $21.00. We currently ship inside the US only. If you are outside the US, email us at info@jtyne.com and we will let you know as soon as international shipping opens.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You have 30 days after your item arrives to request a return, as long as it is unworn, in its original condition and packaging with tags attached. Because a pre-order is a reservation against a production run, you can also cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any point before it ships. Email info@jtyne.com with your order number and we will take it from there.
Can I change my size or shipping address after ordering?
Email info@jtyne.com with your name and order number as soon as you notice. On a pre-order we can almost always make the change, and on an order that has already been packed we will do everything we can before it leaves.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, get in touch and we will chase the carrier.
My tracking says delivered but nothing arrived. What now?
Check with anyone else at the address and with your local depot first, since parcels are occasionally left with a neighbour or held for collection. If it still has not turned up, email info@jtyne.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
How quickly will you reply to me?
We answer messages in the order they arrive and reply within 24 hours in almost every case. The fastest route is email at info@jtyne.com or the form on our contact page.
